Position : Recruitment AssociateLocation : Eastwood City, QCResponsibilities•Assisting senior recruiters with tasks like:?Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs?Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels?Screen resumes and conduct interviews (phone, online, in-person)?Shortlist and present top candidates to hiring managers?Manage the recruitment process and keep candidates informed?Build and maintain a strong candidate database•May also handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
