QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Attention to detail and confidentiality.Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Key Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates for the job orders
Screen and profile candidates and provide detailed feedback to the hiring manager
Endorse quality candidates to hiring managers and monitor status
Discuss and collect pre-employment requirements for new hires and monitoring of completion
Create, prepare and publish Job postings / ads in company portals and monitoring results
Reporting of hiring activities KPIs – tracking of metrics e.g. time-to-hire, time-to-fill, sources of hire etc.
