Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends. License Broker is an advantage. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Customer Service and Sales skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills.
