Radiologic Technologist

X-RAY/CT-SCAN Responsibilities: Perform all X-ray examinations at minimum cost without sacrificing quality.Receive, assist, and immobilize patients in accordance with commonly accepted procedures and commensurate with the physical and mental condition of each patient.Perform all X-ray examinations and special procedures such as Barium Enema, Upper Gastrointestinal series, Intravenous Pyelography, and Esophagram.Position patients appropriately for radiographic or similar physiologic processes.Prepare and administer, upon the order of the Radiologist or other physicians, any ingestible and injectable contrast media for the radiographic demonstration of anatomic structures or physiological processes.Develop exposed radiographic films of all types as required using Automatic processor or PACS machine method.Provide proper scheduling for in-patients and out-patients for examinations to be done in the following days or weeks.Assist the Clerk or Receptionist in sorting and filing of finished radiographs.Retrieve old films for comparison.Ward results.ULTRASOUND Responsibilities: Check Charge clip/O.R. before performing the procedure.Ensure that the patient name matches the request form.Log patient data in the master list.Perform ultrasound procedures.Retrieve previous results for comparison.Assist the radiologist.Type results.Ward results.Maintain cleanliness of the department premises.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
