Quickbooks Certified Accountant And Trainer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QuickBooks Certified Accountant and Trainer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing financial data using QuickBooks software, as well as training and supporting our staff in achieving QuickBooks certifications. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with QuickBooks in a professional setting and hold a valid QuickBooks certification.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide training and support to staff members in achieving QuickBooks certifications.
2. Develop training materials and resources to assist staff in mastering QuickBooks software.
3. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff proficiency in QuickBooks.
4. Assist staff in preparing for and successfully completing QuickBooks certification exams.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to financial data or software usage.
6. Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
7. Stay updated on the latest features and updates in QuickBooks software and provide recommendations for implementation.
Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with QuickBooks software in a professional setting.
3. Valid QuickBooks certification.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
5. Experience Training people on QuickBooks software and help people to achieve certifications.
Help prepare trainees perform the following job roles:
Bookkeeper
Accounting Assistant
Administrative Assistant
Payroll Clerk
Auditing Clerk
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Detail-oriented and organized.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
