Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Internal assessments to prepare teams for External audit (Like ISO Audits, Independent Assessment etc.). Work in conjunction with the Team Leaders and the Operations Managers to ensure performance and quality standards are adhered.

Facilitate External Assessments in the DC and do the follow ups for timely closure of CAR's. Support Ops and BEF teams to identify the corrective and preventive actions.

Responsible for Monitoring and ensuring Service Quality Plan adherence. Help teams to strengthen the QC Practices.

Drive PPM and Maintain repository of critical customer complaints and any penalty paid.

Support teams in Preparation of Table F, FMEA, SDQ Matrix, Quality Dashboards report etc

Prepare and maintain engagement database

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.

Professional experience in Quality and Risk Management in a shared services or BPO environment with emphasis on RCA, planning, implementing and measuring process improvement projects. Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and must be willing to work on shifting schedules and be assigned in BGC or Alabang.
