PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Accurately input and encode data related to quality control inspections and assessments into the company's quality management system.Conduct regular reviews of encoded data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant quality standards.Assist in the analysis of quality control data and generate reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with quality control inspectors and other stakeholders to understand quality metrics and ensure timely and accurate data entry.Maintain comprehensive and organized records of quality control documentation, including inspection results and corrective actions.Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines to enhance data encoding efficiency.Participate in training sessions to understand the latest quality control requirements and encoding techniques.Address any data discrepancies or issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to quality control processes.Assist in preparing for audits by ensuring that all quality control data is accurately documented and easily accessible.Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in quality control technology and encoding tools.Compliance with the Management System ( ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 14001:2015 , ISO 45001: 2018 , RBA Code of Conduct). JOB SPECIFICATIONS Knowledge: College levelWith experience in the same field Skills and Abilities: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software; experience with quality control databases is an advantage.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
