Quality Control Jr. Supervisor

Support QA Management on additional assignments and projects related to process improvement. Provide department support of production and in facility efforts, product related technical issues and qualification of new components. Assist in / perform lot specific investigations for management review. Oversee daily activities of the QA, OQC, and IQC Staff/members. Perform timely review of their performance evaluations. Oversee the manufacturing facilities regarding QMP. Develop action plans to improve the support of production. Perform and/or guide subordinates to perform QA department self-audits and develop action plans. Review and approve filling/headspace paperwork and address manufacture variances from a Quality perspective. Perform timely review of appropriate Production SOPs, Validation reports, CLCA, and QA Protocols. Perform additional tasks as assigned by department management. Oversee QA documentation systems, computerized data systems, specs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Support in all the requirements in achieving quality standards while maintaining good 5S and Housekeeping in all areas of responsibility Assume other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Division Manager. In all areas of responsibilities, the incumbent is responsible in assuring that appropriate measures are in placed which have a direct impact to the Health and Safety of the employees and protection of the environment. In all area of responsibilities, the incumbent is responsible in demonstrating integrity in company's business dealings with people & organizations and should operate consistent to its corporate highest ethical standards. Qualifications: Graduate of any Engineering Courses With at least one to three (1-3) yrs and above related experience as an Quality Supervisory Position in manufacturing set-up Knowledgeable and can use/ operate the following measuring instrument like: Coordinate Measuring machine and Optical Measuring Machine; Measuring Scope and other measuring tools. Knowledgeable and can apply SPC , EMEA and 7 QC tools in his work assignment. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint); With leadership skill and capabilities and with good and sound judgement Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Can read and interpret Technical Drawings.
