Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing actions plans;Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits; monitoring procedures, corrective actions and verification procedures;Validates quality processes by establishing quality product specifications and quality attributes;Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system compliance, collaborating with other members of management to develop training methods;Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, corrective actions and re-validation;Updates job knowledge by studying trends in developments in quality management;Must review and analyze the integrated pest management program of the service provider.Must assist in the development and improvement food safety standards.Must evaluate the potential food safety hazards in the maintenance work of refrigeration technicians.Must help in solving problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the front-end activities.Responsible for the renewal of company's regulatory and statutory accreditation relevant to food safety.Responsible for the company's compliance in GOP, SSOP, HACCP and customer audit findings relevant to food safety.Responsible for the annual refresher course on GOP and SSOP to all warehouse personnel.Implements authority when authorized to receive and inspect shipments, incoming materials or supplies, equipment and the like, and compare its quality and form based on the written description and specifications in the purchase order, delivery slip, quotation or invoice.Works within client visits when necessary as the situation calls, for special projects/customers or so.Leads, trains, guides staff/student trainee performing related work or downloaded functions of the support group.Undertakes basic and applied research into aspects of food processing, food preservation, food quality, food deterioration, packaging, storage and delivery.As Member of Food Safety Team Member: Periodically review all food safety procedures and instructions, to ensure they remain current.
Ensure that processes needed for the FSMS are established, implemented, and maintained.
Report to team meeting on the performance of the FSMS and any need for improvement.
Conduct HACCP.
Develop the company's prerequisite programs and ensure that PRPs are implemented, monitored and communicated to the appropriate parties and periodically review PRPs.
Confirming the non-conformity and determine the disposition of non-conforming products.
Conduct internal food safety audit program.
Initiate product recalls, to ensure adequate implementation and effectiveness.
