Qc Inspector (Animal Science Gradute)

Job description
This position is responsible for making sure that products meet the set standards. Their duties include examining shipments, inventory, and raw goods, measuring the specifications of random items in each production run, and training team members to refine production quality.

Duties and Responsibilities: Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate method such as comparing to standards and measuring densityChecking the assembly of production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirementsReview the blueprints and specifications to compare the produce goodsRecords all inspection results and completing reports, summarizing re-working and waste and inputting the data into quality databaseTraining the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellenceProposing improvements to production processMonitoring the use of equipment to ensure if it is safe and discard any that do not meet the requirements
