Details of the offer

1. Placing of order to suppliers for office supplies, construction materials, equipment, etc.;2. Assisting the GSO in the latter's administrative work;3. Updating purchase records (e.g. dates, invoices, and discounts);4. Scouting and selecting suppliers;5. Conducting inquiries and evaluating offers from different suppliers including asking for discounts;6. Negotiating prices with suppliers;7. Going to Divisoria for mass/bulk purchase of office supplies and other materials8. Monitoring and conducting inventory of existing materials9. Monitoring stick levels and identifies purchasing needs10. Monitoring and ensuring the timely delivery through effective coordination with suppliers and disbursement associates;11. Updating internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, and discounts);12. Updating records of invoices and contracts;13. Making of follow-ups to suppliers if necessary;14. Supervising/monitoring the warehouse staff, and conducting site visits to ensure that the purchased products are in good condition;15. Managing all supplies, items, and construction materials coming in and out of the company;16. Keeping all receipts, office supplies, and construction materials;17. Monitoring all office supplies and company facilities;18.
