Salary: 50,000 - 60,0001. Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies2. Prepare, implement, and ensure strict compliance with policies & procedures for efficient operations3. Prepare and implement vendor accreditation process and perform vendor performance evaluation4. Streamline procurement process to ensure all requirements are delivered at the best possibletime with the best quality and price5. Develop and maintain a process for monitoring all Purchasing activities6. Participate in Research & Development of products7. Ensure logistics are scheduled properly with coordination with the General Affairs Dept8. In charge of the monitoring of inventory of materials in the staff house;9. Resolve vendor or subcontractor grievances and claims against suppliers10. Coordinate with another department on the approved specifications for awarding bids11. Report directly to the Director12. Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to timeQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Engineering courseWith at least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory/material control, and warehouse managementKnowledge and familiarity with the Logistics process especially the import and export processKnowledge and familiarity with Construction IndustryKnowledge and familiarity with Wastewater Treatment Process is an advantageStrong negotiation skillsStrict time managementExcellent communication skills with a good leadership backgroundHas a high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work well underpressure
