Purchasing Assistant

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related course
• Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing staff and other similar role
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. MS Excel, MS Office etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of MS
• Solid organizational skills
• Knowledge of market research
• Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs
• Researching potential vendors
• Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
