Are you ready to make a tangible impact in the world of healthcare? In this Purchase Order Processor 2 role, you'll be crucial in managing order processing and delivering outstanding customer service. Acting as a key liaison between Territory Managers and Healthcare Providers, you'll ensure smooth operations and support account needs within your territory. Your focus on accuracy and relationship-building will help drive new patient business and grow the diabetes sector. Join us to make a meaningful impact and enhance patient care in this vital field.
Where you come in:
You will be responsible for processing orders & completing general administration within the Diabetes Division. To process orders efficiently and accurately for the timely distribution and dispatch of various Dexcom and partner products to the patients (Tandem, Hypopak, and Glooko, etc.).
You will handle tasks such as account creation, account updates, and quote verification (Sample of orders to work on: Dexcom NDSS Kit Purchase Orders, DVA Orders, Wholesalers, Faulty Replacement Orders or Warranty Replacement, Dexcom Clinical Trial Orders, Diabetes Online Shop Orders – including Tandem, Glooko products and all other Dexcom and Diabetes orders.
You will handle admin tasks that may include, but not limited to, maintaining trackers, quality checks, data collection, etc. (i.e. Customer account record maintenance & any other admin tasks assigned to you)
You will manage general account inquiries and administration and relationship management for accounts within assigned territories. Liaison with their Territory Managers and the HCP to drive new patient business providing exceptional customer service and increasing the growth of the diabetes sector within specialist teams.
You will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to the smooth and successful operation of the division.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
