Provincial Hiring for Experienced SERVICE DELIVERY MGR (voice accounts) - P150K MaxSalary basic up to P150K MAX (depending on the candidate's experience) + Annual Basic Increase + Performance Based Bonuses.
Candidate must be willing to relocate to DAVAO CITY.
Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a SOM/SDM under a BPO Voice International Account.Experience in handling a team headcount of at least 300+ FTEs.Knowledge of call center systems such as CMS, IEX, CTI, and TCS is a PLUS.Understanding of call center performance metrics and measurements.Preferred: Six Sigma Certification.Must be a College Graduate (Non-Negotiable).Willing to work ONSITE in The Uprise - Felcris Centrale Mall, Davao City.
