Project Supervisor - Canlubang Laguna

The Operations Supervisoris responsible to carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas:Work Performed:1.HR FUNCTIONS1.1. Ensures positive manning1.2. Closely coordinates with HR counterpart covering delivery of service and/or closing Manpower Request Forms (MRF)1.3. Administers first stage of Disciplinary Actions (DA)1.4. Monitors attendance and Corresponding sanctions1.5. Resolves employee concerns regarding Compensation & Benefits1.6. Ensures good employee relations1.7. Train employees to work efficiently to ensure smooth and continuous operations1.8. Conduct performance evaluation to employees1.9. Communicates with the employees to understand the problems and other important aspects2.ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS2.1. Prepare timekeeping reports2.2. Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the billing and collection of the receivables2.3. Responsible for the distribution of payslips2.4. Responsible for the resolution of employee’s concerns regarding payroll3.OPERATIONS FUNCTIONS3.1. Responsible for monitoring compliance with policies/processes and procedures3.2. Ensures keeping up with client KPI's3.3. Provides data for the Quarterly Business Review to be executed by the Account Manager4.Performs other tasks/instructionsassigned by immediate superiorJob Type: Full-timeEducation:
