Project Secretary

Details of the offer

• Prepares reports such as monthly project schedules, quotations and other monthly reports.
• Management of files and maintains an updated Project records of files.
• Performs standard office procedures including scheduling appointments, processing emails, handling phone calls, fax messages, photocopying of documents and other related tasks.
• Composes and type business correspondences, letters, memorandums and other related documents
• Acts as Document Controller.

SALARY:
645/per day
