Project Planner/Scheduler

- Developing detailed project schedules that include tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Working with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate representation of project activities
- Continuously monitoring project progress and updating schedules as needed
- Communicating schedule information to the project manager, including clients and other
- Identifying potential schedule risks and proposing mitigation strategies
- Working with resource managers to allocate personnel, equipment, and materials according to project needs
- Providing training and support to project team members on schedule-related processes and tools


Skills
- Years of experience in project scheduling and the utility construction industry;
- Experience in project planning/scheduling within the construction industry:
- Proficiency with scheduling software
- Requires strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel and database applications.
- A practical knowledge test will be required;
- An understanding of critical path methodology to ensure, and communicate, timely delivery of milestone tasks;
- Must be self-motivated.
