Project Manager Special Foundation Construction (M/F/X)

Bauer For oursubsidiary BAUERFoundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, we are searching for a new team member as Project Manager – Special Foundation Construction (m/f/x).
Your tasks: Oversee all on-site management of technical, safety, and quality matters within the project scope on our special foundation construction sites on the Philippines Act as the company representative toward project clients, authorities, and third parties, ensuring timely project execution and successful completion in terms of technical, qualitative, and financial aspects Develop and execute project work plans, identify resource requirements, and ensure that all project documentation is current, complete, and appropriately stored Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project, ensuring that contractual obligations and company's directives are met while maintaining quality, cost, and time constraints Lead and mentor team members, and inspiring coworkers to achieve goals and strive for excellence, identify personnel with potential and promote for continuous development Manage project budgets, oversee invoicing, monitor receivables, and ensure timely payment from clients Your profile: University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field of studies or other professional license with regards to Civil Engineering Several years of professional experience as Project Manager, Senior Site Manager or similar position In-depth understanding of the technical aspects with regards to Special Foundation Construction Proven experience in managing budgets for construction projects Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing We offer you: Attractive remuneration package Medicine Reimbursement per year Transport/service arrangement via BAUER car pool Rice Allowance Leave days (Vacation, Sick, Maternity, Paternity, Emergency) HMO - Health card for hospitalization
