The IT Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, implementation, tracking & monitoring of activities of assigned IT projects with personal accountability and ownership (End to End Project Management).High-level responsibility:He/She will be expected to work well in a team-oriented environment. As an IT resource for the organization, the incumbent will exercise a high degree of independence on driving the project based on project working standards, timely project deliverables and quality of systems being implemented by the project team. This position will primarily focus on the project and resource management, and will strictly monitor project R.A.I.D and achievement of the Project team. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels- Assigns and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget- Leads the change management, ownership of documentation, communication plans, initiate process training, related to implementation and knowledge transfer- Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business experts.- Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle.- Ensures all the required products/scope are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution working with our SMEs and Business/Technical Analyst.- Exercises broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs.- Manage scope throughout the project duration.
