Qualifications:

? Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
? Proven experience in project management functions and deliverables
? Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey technical information and collaborate with stakeholders
? Proficient in project management methodologies, including defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines
? Able to lead and inspire teams effectively with strong leadership skills
? Able to identify project risks and issues, and implement strategic solutions to mitigate them

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines
? Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities
? Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel and budget, to meet project requirements.
? Identify potential project risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them
? Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and informed decision-making
? Address any conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle to maintain project momentum and resolve challenges promptly
? Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements
? Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the original plan
? Manage changes to project scope or requirements, assessing their impact on timelines and resources
? Conduct thorough project closure activities, ensuring all deliverables are met, conducting post-project evaluations, and documenting lessons learned for future projects

WORK LOCATION: Makati
SALARY RANGE: PHP 50,000 to PHP 70,000
Negotiable beyond this range but close to the specified range
