Project Director

Qualifications: A licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.Has at least 15 years of solid experience in Project Management encompassing Budget Management, Contract and Contractors Management and Project Implementation Management.Proficiency in Windows Office application and AutoCAD.Superb Communication and Interpersonal skills.Strong Leadership and Managerial skills.Keen to details and excellent in data and budget analysis.Cost-efficient and results-driven.Abreast with industry standard practices, updates and efficient industry technologies.Flexible, Cost-Efficient and Trustworthy.Job Responsibilities: Reports directly to the COOWorks closely with the Management Team for direction of the different projects and to ensure alignment to the company's mission and vision.Provides strategic leadership and management in the planning and execution of all projects.Oversee project planning, implementation and control.Take a lead in budget development and project completion progress.Lead, mentor and train the different Quantity Surveying, Technical Planning and Construction Management Teams in managing the daily development and completion progress of assigned projects.Leads plan reviews and value engineering initiatives.Ensure that project management processes and procedures are observed by the different Construction Management teams.
