Project Development Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Participates in Design Development and Construction Development planning stage with the
Project Director. Assists in developing the project timetable in consultation with other units.
Contributes in the finalization of the budget financials for approval, including pricing and
payment schemes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1 Prioritize, plan and coordinate project development activities according to
investors requirements.
5.2 Determine resource requirements and identify resources with right skills to
successfully execute projects.
5.3 Assess potential risks and technical challenges and development appropriate
mitigation plans.
5.4 Supervise development team on daily basis to execute assigned projects within
deadlines and budget.
5.5 Act as primary contact for investors queries and concerns.

5.6 Perform investors negotiations for contractual terms and agreements.
5.7 Prepare project proposals and develop project plan, schedule and budget.
5.8 Determine resource requirements and identify resources with right skills to
successfully execute projects.
5.9 Assess potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation
plans.
5.10 Perform cash flow analysis and process invoices in a timely fashion.
5.11 Develop business presentations for investor as needed.
5.12 Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
5.13 Interact with potential investors to clearly understand business needs and
expectations.
5.14 Build positive working relationships with investors and ensure investors
satisfaction.
5.15 Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate manner.
