Project Coordinator Role (Work From Home)

Working hours are 9-10 hours/day in Asian timezone, European timezone, or American timezone (there is some flexibility on this)
- Role is 100% remote
- This is a fast-paced, communication-intense role with a clear focus on effectiveness and revenue generation.
- The individual will (over time but not immediately), manage a team of 25 team members.
- Training newjoiners
- Performance management of newjoiners
- Hold meetings throughout the day with team members to guide their work
- Report directly to the CEO on projects as well as group performance

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of working experience in sales, business development, customer support, or recruitment ideally
- Experience in cold calling or sales function ideally
- Experience in managing a team (conducting training, performance management, onboarding, hiring/terminations ideally)

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible shift
