Project Architect

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• License is an advantage but not required
• Around 3-4 years' experience in the same field as site architect, project architect, project in charge
• With experience in Hi-End Residential is an advantage
• Must have integrity, initiative, and be flexible and proactive
• Experience of interpreting and understanding local utilities rules, design codes
• Good CAD skills, Estimation of Materials, Supervision and Billing
• Good level of computer literacy in MS Office
• Basic communication skills in written and spoken English is essential
• Good team worker, able to communicate effectively with colleagues
• Good report writing skills is essential
