The Program Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives for our clients. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and achieving the desired business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital technologies, project management, and change management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership:
Lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation programs for clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop cohesive ways of working to ensure synchronization of the multiple work streams under the program thereby assuming delivery as scheduled and within scope.

Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
Understand client needs and translate them into actionable program goals.
Regularly update clients on progress, deliverables, and any changes to the program plan.
Act as point of escalation for project direction and strategy issues for resolution with the program steering committee.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams, including technical, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver cohesive digital solutions.
Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the program objectives and that their contributions are integrated seamlessly.

Change Management:
Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate client adoption of new technologies and processes.
Provide training and support to client teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of the transformation.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the transformation program.
Monitor and report on program progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Provide executive summary reports to provide information on the current progress of the program.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the program.
Drive lessons learned sessions post-implementation to capture insights and improve future programs.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Prosci) is a plus.

Experience:
7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in consulting or a client-facing role is highly desirable.

Skills:
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including Cloud Computing, Enterprise Content Management, and Workflows.
Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in tools like Clickup or MS projects.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with change management methodologies and practices.
