Identify, develop, maintain and leverage relationships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other individuals who influence purchasing/prescribing decisions Develop and maintain mastery of product knowledge and a consultative sales approach Understand and articulate the most up-to-date, clinically approved studies to educate customers and handle questions/concerns about Philcare Pharma products. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree Minimum of 1 year work experience Proficient in MS Office Strong Negotiation Skills Effective communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Persuasive and Resilient Key roles for Professional Medical Representatives: Responsible to maintain and expand sales in designated territory assignments and provide continuing education and service to targeted physicians. Delivers product presentations to targeted customers Manage hospital sales and marketing expense budget to maximize the effectiveness of expenditures Achieving monthly and annual sales objectives. Maintains territory profitability through sensible expense control measures. Utilizes monthly budget to maximize profitability and return on investment.
