• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/
Electronic/Industrial/ Mechanical/Chemical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experienced as Production Supervisor and/or Plant Supervision.
• Knowledgeable in FMEA, Lean manufacturing, 5 WHY Analysis, 7 QC Tools, QMS, EMS, 6'S.
• Excellent Leadership and communication skills.
• With ability to execute good production plan.
• With strong leadership problem solving skills.
• With background in Capacity, Standard time, Cycle time, Planning, DLC.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power point)
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel for production, accomplishing results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting reports of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Prepares the resources needed for the qualification run.
• Assists in the creation monitors the achievement implementation of the department goals taking note of significant observations as well as recommendation for improvement; develop own goals for department heads approval.
• Evaluates implementation of Productivity Improvement Plan highlight significant concerns to be able to come up with significant observations recommendation.
• Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initializing, sorting analyzing production performance records data, answering questions responding to requests.
• Implements quality programs participates on cross functional activities like problem solving, continuous improvement program.
• Maintains staff by orienting, training employees; developing personal grown opportunities.
• Plan, organized, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations of production to ensure customer's demands and expectations will be met.
• Develop system and processes that track and optimize productivity, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• In crease production, Assets Capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Implement Strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and
• focus.
• To control supervise in keeping the production machines operational, keeping its maintenance checking immediate repairs, layout and proper allocation for production.
• To control and optimize the use of consumable materials.
• To implement the proper use of tools.
• To keep his subordinates follow company policy and rules & regulation even other than related to
• production.
• To keep his jurisdiction follow safety rules and cleanliness in doing his or their task.
• Make analysis of problems and make preventive measures coordinating with QA, and or other concern section or department.
