QUALIFICATIONS:College Graduate with a degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or any related Science CoursesAt least 1 year of relevant experience as Quality Control in the food manufacturing industry. Experience in FMCG and pharmaceutical industry is also preference. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESInspects and monitors the quality of raw materials, in-process production batches, finished goods including but not limited to temperatures, consistencies, counts, weights, compliance with food quality control and sanitation standards and procedures.
Evaluates, recommends and monitors corrective and preventive action for non-conformances
Leads the conduct planned and random audits of the manufacturing process and production process. Manages and drives inspections at all stages of production, including reviews of raw materials, manufactured components, and finished products. Supports QA Assistant Manager in representing the QA Team on assigned products and ensures requirements on a sign-off checklist of Commercialization Run are satisfied in accordance with the business needs.
Participates HACCP program (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points); maintains standardized recipes and other records related to HACCP; develops HACCP food preparation guidelines for commissary. Reviews the implementation and efficiency of quality systems
Monitors compliance with regulations and legal standards that covers environment, health and safety, corporate governance and data security.Supports quality function in document preparation and management
Maintains documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.Evaluates, plans, and implements improvements in business processes and practices.Leads and facilitates process improvement based on the audit findings.Identifies trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.Control/Assurance or equivalent.Job Type: Full-time
