Production Materials Coordinator

Job responsibilities
1, responsible for the production department material procurement work (supplier quotation negotiation, payment application)
2. Establish good relationship with suppliers and maintain good reputation
3. Responsible for the formulation and follow-up management of department material requirement plan
4, timely communication with the superior to monitor the inventory, to ensure timely storage, to ensure sufficient storage
5. Evaluate suppliers regularly to improve their quality capabilities
6. Responsible for the cost accounting and management of materials required for each product
7. Assisted the sales department to complete the delivery of materials
8. Supervise and follow up the production schedule
9. Other related work arranged by the leader
