Responsibilities: Raw material inventory and planning. Production planning, timeline and monitoring. Trouble shooting in production related to output and quality of the product. Submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Reports, BRM to Site Head. ISO documentation, GMP implementation / other audit preparation. Material balancing and production materials stock monitoring. Coordination of daily production, quality control and maintenance reports in order to improve overall operation. Evaluate and plan appropriate training for employees to improve work performance. Assist in new trials. To establish/implement/comply to GMP, HACCP, & FSSC policies & SOPs. To establish/implement/comply to Waste Management (Solid & Hazardous) policies & SOPs. To establish/implement/comply to OSHAS policies & SOPs. To establish/implement/comply to Energy Management policies & SOPs. To establish/implement/comply to regulatory & statutory regulations with regards to business, labor code, PNP, PDEA, IATF against COVID, FDA, and other stakeholders. Perform other related tasks as necessity may require. Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any Engineering course with professional license. At least 5 years experience as Production Manager. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Attention to detail. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach. Good communication skills. Amenable to work in Batino, Calamba Laguna. Can start ASAP. Experience: Preforms and closure manufacturing: 5 years (Required). Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
