QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalentAt least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations/Restaurant or equivalent JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supervise daily activities involved in the manufacturing of products. This includes providing leadership in planning, coordinating and supervising tasks in different functions to ensure efficiency in daily operations. Leadership, organizational, planning and communication skills are required for this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goodsSupport and participate in the company & food safety and sanitation processesMonitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operational processes, and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standardsOversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machineries to ensure effective and efficient operationsSet schedules or timetable and effectively communicate them to production teams in order to achieve volume targets and production plansEffectively manage personnel to ensure that they understand and accomplish their daily tasks as well as to increase their efficiency and potential
