Job Description
Complete the training as per KPI requirements of the management and immediate supervisor, including other daily work and activitiesLearn and master the company's products, and provide trainings onsite for the company's products for offline personnelConduct weekly online and on site alignment and trainings with Beauty Ambassadors to increase salesAssist in the preparation of training courses, product operation manuals, and implement of training programs;Write a training summary report, feedback and evaluate the training effectResponse and provide immediate support promptly to the query of internal teamFollow up the sales staff to effectively answer and handle the questionsTraining and industry information collection, expansion of training channels and training resourcesField work as required for store visitOther tasks assigned by the direct supervisorDocument and analyze sales improvement in accordance to the trainings conductedEnforce trade secret and confidentiality
