Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Product Trainer RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize customer data provided to you by the Data Analyst to help plan supplemental educational programs for the team.Create engaging and impactful content via our educational tools on a regular basis to promote long-term skill development for the team.Keep all training and analysis tools up to date and relevant.Plan and execute subject-specific topics for training and development of the Pair Eyewear team.Regular touch base with the Leadership Team for anything that needs to be addressed relating to individual development.Lead new hires from administering Onboarding training through the incubation period, continually providing coaching and feedback for long-term success.Keep tab of training scores and feedback and see how it helped team's performance through CSAT, QA, and Productivity, and be able to demonstrate the change using data.Collaborate with ACX Leads to maintain and improve the Pair Eyewear team in both performance and culture.What we are looking for: To be successful in this role you must… Expert in Learning Management Software (LMS) content, reporting, and data analysis.Familiarity with interactive learning activities.Strong teaching and mentoring skills.Experience leading group training sessions - both in company process as well as qualitative skills improving personal professional development.Excellent communication skills and comfortability in clearly communicating with client staff.Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.What Life at Awesome CX by Transcom is like Awesome CX by Transcom inclusive culture is rooted in wellness & fun.
