YOUR ROLE
You will be expected to perform the following:
Data collection on tester system and commonality analysis
Debug on tester by oscilloscope and other instruments (i.e. voltmeters)
Technical troubleshooting in production
Yield analysis crossing testing data with process data
Support development of new test program
Support Customers, Quality and Production Plant for the technical problem linked to the Mix Signal products
Support new products qualification and all the activities linked to the upgrade of mature products
Monitors own technical activities
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Engineering course graduate
With at least 5 years related work experience
Experience in test development and yield improvement process
Experience on SPC and R/R study based on reference system
Extensive knowledge in Teradyne ETS364, ETS800 & HATINA.
Experience in data analysis using high-end characterization tool
Good reporting of technical issues, clear technical language
Proactive, fast learner, problem solver
Very careful attention for technical details
Good communication skills
