Product Development Associate

Spearheads new product development coordination with stakeholders and tracks development projects from start to finish- Facilitates testing of prototypes and existing products for improvement as well as continuous development- Generates report and helps the product manager track product performances post-launch- Conducts market research and gather relevant insights that will contribute to the long-term success of the company.**Job Requirements**- At least 1 year work experience in beauty, fashion, or retail- Possess understanding of cosmetics - preferably both makeup and skincare- Makeup and copywriting skills is a plus- Able to communication efficiently**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Experience**:- beauty, fashion, or retail: 1 year (required)- cosmetics both make-up and skin care: 1 year (required)
