- Shortlisting of subcon for invite (Subcon)
- Invitation for pre-bid
- Pre-bid meeting
- Arrange site visit
- Request quotation for at least 3 bidders
- Actual isnpection of unit (Heavy Equipment)
- Preparation and processing of PO/CO
- Issuance of PO/CO
- Obtain PO acknowledgement/conforme form vendor
- Shop drawing follow up for those customized vehicles
- Delivery status follow up
- Update PR-PO monitoring
- Supplier payment status and follow up

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
