Salary: 37,000 - 42,000

Required Experience:
-Engineering Graduate or its equivalent course
-With at least 1 year of experience as an Engineering Manager
-Knowledge of automation production machines and skills in handling those machines
-Knowledge of auto inspection machines and skills in handling those machines
-Skills in parameter adjusting of auto inspection machines
-It is desirable if have experience and knowledge of rubber products
-It is desirable if have skills in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
-It is desirable if have skills in PLC programming
-MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Job Description:
-Prepares the section policy following the company policy and manages the progress of it.
-Manages the progress of the related matters of section policy, analyzes the status of achievement, and reports to superiors.
-Manages the progress and analyzes the status of achievement of the whole section projects. Anticipate and analyze problems that will be impediments to target achievement and take measures against them.
-Manages the progress and analysis of the status of achievement of a team project. Anticipate and analyze problems that will be impediments to target achievement and take measures against them.
-Designs high production efficiency processes that satisfy product quality requirements and safety operations and evaluate the processes.
-Cooperates with other related sections to promote projects smoothly.
-Checks, approves, reviews, and revises the procedures, instructions, equipment maintenance documents and related documents.
-Considers and implements effective trainings of subordinates. Prepares the environment that subordinates can learn needed knowledge and technics in the shortest time.
-Evaluates subordinates, instructs and manages as a mentor or a supervisor, and provides consultation to subordinate and treat it properly.
-Approves and verifies the validity of new machines set-up, verification results and parameter settings.
-Understands the situations of mass-production machines. Approves and verifies validity of countermeasures as needed.
-Takes the initiative of Kaizen suggestions and increase subordinates' motivation to achieve Kaizen target.
-Performs other functions that may be assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.
