Job Description

Perform a Root Cause Analysis
IT Service Management Environment
Identify areas for continuous service improvement
Update Problem report system
Ensure all problem records are recorded, assessed, and actioned appropriately.
QualificationsCandidate must have at least 3 years of relevant Delivery/Quality Assurance experience
Experience in IT Service Management environment is a must
Has a strong experience in Root Cause Analysis and Trend Analysis
Knowledgeableof the ITIL Problem Management process and procedures
Hasstrong documentation and technical writing skills,stakeholder management and communication skills

Interview Process:
