Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing lessons that cater to the basic and educational needs of toddlers.
Training, supervising, and mentoring teachers to ensure that they perform well.
Adhering to appropriate legal and educational guidelines to maintain toddlers' well-being.
Conducting child assessments to gauge students' progress.
Documenting and reporting on students' process.
Establishing relationships with each family to ensure that their toddler's needs are met.
Leading staff and parent meetings.
Organizing and engaging in occasional teambuilding activities.

If You:Are a graduate of any Education degree (preferably Early Childhood Education) or have taken units in education or psychology;
Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
Proven experience planning and developing lessons for toddlers.
Prior experience teaching toddlers.
Physically fit.
Love teaching children;
Love playing with children;
Know a lot of songs, fingerplay and dances;
Can do read-aloud;
Amiable personality
Friendly disposition
Can implement curricula and lesson plans;
Are fluent in Filipino and English
Have at least a year of working experience;
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Able to attend meetings, as needed.
A keen interest in early childhood education.
