Premier Wealth Relationship Manager-Pampanga

Manage & grow the Bank’s affluent & HNW customer segment in terms of revenue, investible assests and customers numbers, in line with Community Financial aspirations and segment’s value proposition

Accountable for the development of the segment’s long term and market strategies for customers acquisition, migration and retention of affluent & HNW customers

Collaboration internal (i.e. SME, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Affluent & Mass, Trust, Global Markets) and external (i.e. ATR Kim Eng, Etiqa,Sunlife, Philam, Manulife) for synergies, tactical campaigns and product/ service bundle

Oversee and manage the business performance of Premier Wealth Banking business

Collaborate with the Branches to ensure deployment of Premier Wealth Banking strategies, campaigns and value proposition are implemented at the branches

With SEC Certification
Bachelor Degree in Banking, Business Studies, Finance or equivalent
MBA holder with be an added advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino
Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; high level of knowledge and understanding in the subject matters
Self-driven and possess strong presentation skills
Good analytical skills with strong strategic thinking abilities
Previous experience in selling investment products or as a relationship manager
