Pr And Events Supervisor

- Planning and Organizing events which may include meetings, conferences, trade shows and corporate events.
- Developing concepts, create budgets, scheduling, coordinating logistics and managing clients.
- Managing budget, including identifying expenses, negotiating contracts and tracking expenses to ensure that they stay within the budget.
- Ensures all departments are well informed about the event details, schedules, and any changes that may occur.
- Managing the team involved in the event who will assist with event planning, setup and execution.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field
- 2-3 years of work experience in Public Relations is preferred
- Must have strong initiative and with exceptional attention to detail
- Has exceptional writing and copyediting skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity in MS Office tools
- can work under pressure
