Pollution Control Officer (46629) - Lipa Batangas

Salary: 20,000 - 23,000
WITH SATURDAY SCHEDULE

- Attend all permitting and registration requirements before construction, installation, or operation of pollution sources and control facilities
- Ensure proper performance, operation, and maintenance of environmental management facilities.
- Ensure that hazardous waste disposed off-site is covered by a Permit to Transport and that transport vehicles are properly operated and maintained by hazardous waste transporters.
- Monitor compliance with the requirements specified in the environmental compliance certificate.
- Other specified duties stated from the guidelines for PCO accreditation and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering or any related field.
- Preferably with DENR Certificate of Accreditation as Pollution Control Officer
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental compliance, pollution control, or related fields.
- Experience in conducting environmental audits, assessments, and managing regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of environmental laws, regulations, and standards relevant to logistics operations (e.g., waste management, air emissions, hazardous materials handlingnd
- Leadership skills to drive environmental initiatives and foster a culture of environmental responsibility.
