Plant Supervisor (Batangas)

Drake's top client – a manufacturing company is hiring a Plant Supervisor to be part of their collaborative team in Batangas.

Responsibilities:

• Render a strong leadership and ensure smooth running of the Plant.
• Responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Linde Batangas Plant.
• Responsible for the implementation best operating practices, standards, processes, and specifications.
• Promote and serve as strong advocate for High Performing Organization initiatives.
• Implement Regional Reliability Program set by RSE Reliability Manager and ROC Manager
• Drive operations strategies to help meet the country's agreed priorities.
• Provide operations support to Air Separation Units (ASU) Operations in line with the company's established set values, goals and objectives, safety and quality policies and standards to provide continuous available and reliable products and services as required by the market at optimum cost.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical & Instrumentation Engineering is preferred.
• At least 5-years in a related industrial environment to include experience of safety management and maintenance systems in Management capacity.
• At least 3 years' experience in supervisory position in the field of Operations and Maintenance of chemical, industrial gases, and manufacturing set-up.
• Preferably with driver's license
