BS Architecture from a reputable college/ university; has good scholastic records; with at least five (5) years hands on work experience in planning, creation of design, in various land development components and its function (i.e. site planning, residential design, commercial, others) ; has excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication and leadership skills; with AutoCAD, Revit, rendering software proficiency and experience; excellent architectural skills and ability to design – innovative, functional, visually appealing and sustainable and cost effective; aligns with the organization's shared values
