**Level**:Associate

**Major Function**

He is responsible for the picking of all Ice Cakes items customers in the Case Pick Area.
He ensures the proper stacking, storage and palletization of items for storage/dispatching to Customers.
He also ensures that all items for dispatching is within the prescribed limit of expiration dates and is accurate basing on the Picklist.
He is also responsible for confirmation of Transfer Order base on
Picklist.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
1.
Pick loose items properly.
Performance Standard/s: a.
Zero failure to pick loose finished goods.
b.
Zero damage on finished goods during picking c. Zero incidents of stacked and staged finished goods without Pallet ID attached.
d. Zero incidents of picked finished goods with newer CU codes (FIFO) and beyond customer standard requirements.
e. Zero incident of picking wrong finished goods in the picking area.
f. Zero incidence of picking wrong quantities based on Picklist.
2.
Assist in customized palletization of items for special customers.
Performance Standard/s: a.
Zero errors in classifying items based on item description and unit of measurement.
b.
Zero damage on finished goods handled for palletization.
3.
Record staged finished goods on Picklist
Performance Standard/s: a.
Zero failure to turn over Picklist to FG Team leader after accomplishment without complete detail of time and signature over printed name.
b.
Zero discrepancy on confirmed Transfer Order against the actual stock dispatch.
c. Zero incidence of non-compliance on GWP parameters control.
4.
Proper care of assigned finished goods and surrounding areas.
Performance Standard/s: a.
Zero damages on assigned finished goods and surrounding areas.
b.
Zero failure to clean surrounding areas where assigned finished goods are stored.
5.
Count and check the outgoing items if they are the same with the picklist.
Performance Standard/s: a.
Zero incidence of miscounting outgoing items.
7.
Punctual and complete attendance on all company-required meetings, trainings and seminars involving warehouse improvement projects.
Performance Standard/s: a.
Zero incidence of failure to ensure 100% attendance on all trainings, seminars and orientation required and sponsored by the FSC management.
b.
Zero incidence of failure to ensure 100% attendance on all trainings, seminars and orientation required and sponsored by the Nutri-Asia management.
c. Zero incidence of failure to represent FSC on any business gatherings/occasion sponsored by the client and/or principal related to business growth and improvements.
d. Zero incident of not complying on GWP programs.
8.
Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time by immediate superior

**SHEQ RESPONSIBILITIES**

Complies with all government, customer and company safety, health, environment and quality policies and procedures.
**Accountabilities**

Custodian of assigned jack lift also accountable for their company uniform and Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE) e.g.
; Thermal Jacket or Safety vest, safety shoes, face mask and hairnet.

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
