The Project In Charge for Aluminum Doors and Windows will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects involving aluminum door and window installations. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and supervising a team of installers. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical expertise in aluminum door and window systems, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications for aluminum door and window installations.
Team Management:
Supervise and manage a team of installers and subcontractors.
Ensure that team members understand project goals, tasks, and timelines.
Provide training and support to team members as needed.
Execution and Oversight:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in managing aluminum door and window installation projects.
