Physical Therapist - Sm Cabanatuan (Nueva Ecija)

The Medical City Clinic is currently looking for **Physical Therapist for SM Cabanatuan**

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and validate PT Procedures
- Performs PT Treatment according to Doctors order
- Ensures patients safety during treatment
- Explains and instruct patients on PT Procedures
- Ensures effectiveness of equipment/machines
- Documents patients treatments and progress via SOAP
- Monitor supplies and requests replenishment
- Perform inventory of supplies
- Assist clinic staff in the operation of clinic

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Physical Therapy
- Registered Physical Therapist (with PRC license)
- Recent board passers may apply
- Willing to start as soon as possible
