Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Photo Retoucher who can work with us full-time and on-site!

JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu As a Portrait Photo Retoucher, you have a unique opportunity to be the creative force that elevates ordinary photos into extraordinary visual masterpieces. Your role involves adhering to editing guidelines and requirements, meticulously crafting pixel-perfect details and ensuring unwavering consistency.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: RAW file selection and processing. Retouching real estate and PORTRAIT photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Extensive editing, blending, masking, and merging of composites to create final images. Pixel perfect detail and consistency in editing 10-15 Photos per day Follow strict editing guidelines and requirements. Preparation of final files, file organisation, and image archiving. We would need you to be or have the following: Minimum 1-2 years experience in a real estate photo editing environment or similar Extensive knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom Experience in RAW file processing, masking, and non-destructive editing workflow. An outstanding eye for detail and consistency in editing high volumes of works Highly organised with a proven ability to perform under high-pressure situations.
