As part of the application process, you'll need to upload screenshots of your home internet speed and work computer, take an online assessment, and answer some questions.
The assessment will only take 15 minutes to complete.

Organized desk area Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Omni Interactions is a contractual relationship.
You will remain an independent contractor or freelancer for the duration of your partnership with Omni.
Omni Interactions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Omni Interactions.
Upon receiving your contract, you will be required to agree that you have no claim against Omni Interactions, either under this agreement or otherwise, for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security System (SSS) contributions, Pag-IBIG contributions, PhilHealth coverage, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime pay, unemployment insurance benefits, or any other employee benefits as required under Philippine labor laws or regulations.
